An eleven-year certificate is not a German university entrance qualification. The route is a Studienkolleg year ending in the Feststellungsprüfung, or one to two completed years at a recognised university at home, checked against the anabin database. Nearly every bachelor's is taught in German and needs DSH-2 or TestDaF 4; English-taught bachelor's are the exception and English-taught master's the rule. Tuition: Non-EU tuition of about EUR 2,000 to 3,000 per semester since winter 2024/25, plus the semester contribution.
